Sergio Bermudez, President & CEO

Sergio Bermudez is president and CEO of Bermudez International and its subsidiaries. He holds a masters degree in business administration (finance & real estate) from the University of Southern California.

He sits on the board of Mexico's Central Bank, CONALEP (the Mexican government's system of trade schools), CAST (the center of education for technical assistance), and was a founder and sits as board chairman of CENALTEC (a high tech training center). Additionally, Sergio is vice president of the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks (AMPIP) and member of the Federation Mondiale des Zonas Franches (Free Trade Zones World Federation).

He has participated in consulting services for several developing countries, and a featured speaker at conferences hosted in KAOHSIUNG (TAIWAN), COLOMBO (SRI LANKA), ST. PETERSBURG (RUSSIA), XIAMEN (CHINA), EL SALVADOR, COSTA RICA, SOFIA (BULGARIA), TIANJIN (CHINA), ISTANBUL (TURKEY), VIENNA (AUSTRIA), RIO DE JANEIRO (BRAZIL), CADIZ, BARCELONA (SPAIN), to mention a few.

Silvino Rodriguez, Business Development Manager

Silvino has participated in negotiations and closings (lease or sale) of more than 2.6 million square feet of industrial buildings for approximately 46 corporations during the more than 15 years he has worked for the Bermudez organizaton.

José M. Ruiz, Project Manager

Since 1964 Jose has been involved in heavy construction project management, and since 1979 for Bermudez as a project manager in industrial building developments. His experience includes management in more than 200 large construction projects.

Ruben Torres, Administration Director

Ruben holds an accounting degree with advance studies in management. He first joined the Bermudez organization in 1979 as an accountant, and moved to administrative manager in 1982 before assuming his current position over a decade ago.

His responsibilities include supervising all financial and administrative areas of Bermudez International.

Roberto Aveytia, Corporate Counsel

Roberto Aveytia has been involved in Grupo Bermdez since 1987 as legal consultant and from 1993 as General Corporate Counsel. A native from Juarez were he started his legal practice in 1978, he has provided legal assistance to the company's shareholders and directors in diverse transactions and negotiations such as industrial real estate leases, purchase and sale of industrial properties, trusts, industrial construction contracts, national and international credit transactions, incorporation acquisition and merger of Mexican companies, corporate administration, issuance of debenture bonds, incorporation of several industrial parks, and international joint ventures & alliances.
