BUILD TO SUIT FOR EITHER LEASE OR SALE:

This results in a facility exactly to your specifications in a turnkey senario for purchase by you, or lease.

This is the most popular construciton option when a company has the resources and time to do it right, and a strategic partner with the experience of Bermudez International.

BUILD TO SUIT CONSTRUCTION COSTS:

You can outright purchase the facility.

A typical estimate of construction costs would be---

    35,000 sq. ft. - $27+
    65,000 sq. ft. - $25-$27
    100,000 sq. ft. - $23-$25

SALE-LEASE BACK:

We will build to suit, and in essence purchase the facility from you and lease it back to you. This frees up your capital to direct towards production and removes the building from your balance sheet.
